1. Overview

The Creative Dad LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates web and mobile applications under the Creative Dad Kids brand, available at thecreativegrand.dad and on the Apple App Store and Google Play (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

Some of our Apps allow you to store content such as photos, audio recordings, and the names of family members. This content is stored exclusively on the device where it was entered using your device’s local storage. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

2.2 Information we do not collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, address)
• Account credentials (there are no accounts or logins)
• Location data
• Payment or financial information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any data from children

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Apps are designed to be used by grandparents and family members together with children. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Because our Apps do not collect, use, or disclose any personal information from any user — including children under the age of 13 — no parental consent is required for your child to use our Apps. All content entered into our Apps remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at scott@thecreative.dad.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or data collection services. We do not share your data with any third parties because we do not receive your data in the first place.

The Apple App Store and Google Play Store may collect certain information when you download our mobile Apps in accordance with their own privacy policies. Please review Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies for details on their data practices.

5. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, your data security is governed by your device’s own security features (such as screen lock, device encryption, and iCloud/Google account backup settings). We encourage you to use a strong passcode and keep your device software up to date.

If you clear your browser data or delete the App, all locally stored data associated with that App will be removed from your device.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain no data on our end because we collect none. All data stored by our Apps lives on your device and is fully under your control. You may delete any data at any time by clearing the App’s data in your browser or device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and post the revised policy at thecreativegrand.dad. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
